Shine On has 55 Assist Fighters that can come out of Assist Trophies, most of which are brand new Assist Fighters to Smash 6.

Shine On has 33 Bosses, including boss characters from Nintendo and Guest content. They can be challenged in various game modes, including Adventure Modes.

Smash 6 has 60 Pokémon that can come out of a Poke ball or Master Ball, with some new and returning favorites from SSBU
